Every successful POS system installation is based upon implementation and training, two areas where Red River POS's experience is beneficial to our customers. Once the system is ordered, Red River POS's Implementation Services group takes over, carrying the client from concept to 'go live' in a fieldproven, step-by-step method that really works.

Red River POS provides comprehensive and detailed training that outlines all aspects of the Aloha software. Classes are divided into Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House training to focus on the relationships between the applications. Red River POS includes specific employee classes to educate various employee types on the software: from servers, bartenders, and hosts, to delivery/to go, and managers. We conduct our training in a classroom environment, keeping the focus on the Aloha software without the distractions and interruptions of external business. Red River POS also encourages hands on database programming by offering each client the opportunity to assist in the building and development of their database to ensure the completeness and usability of the system. This method also gives our clients a complete understanding on how to maintain their own database on an on-going basis.
